Orders & Shipping

Yes — COD is available across Pakistan. Simply place your order, and you pay when your package is delivered. No upfront payment required.
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Lahore orders may arrive within 1–2 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Free shipping applies on all orders over Rs. 3,500. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies. Our Combo Deals automatically qualify for free shipping.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your package in real time. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp at +92-371-1495031.

Returns & Refunds

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please take a photo of the item and contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92-371-1495031 or email info@zyvoraofficial.com. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no return needed for damaged items.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once we receive and verify the return. Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 working days depending on your bank. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
