Our Return Policy
At Zyvora, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100-day return policy on all products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason — the product didn't work for you, you received the wrong item, or the product was damaged — we will make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 100 days of the delivery date
- For damaged or wrong items — no return is necessary, just send us a photo
- For unused/unopened products — product must be in its original packaging
- For products that didn't work for your skin — partially used products are accepted within the 100-day window

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, attach a photo. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions or a direct refund confirmation.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
- Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 working days to reflect
- You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, contact us within 100 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and ship it to you at no additional cost if the original product is returned or defective.

- Items returned after 100 days of delivery date
