Shipping Rates
We offer simple, transparent shipping across all of Pakistan:
- Free Shipping — on all orders over Rs. 3,500
- Standard Shipping (Rs. 200) — on orders below Rs. 3,500
- Our Combo Deals (Rs. 4,999+) automatically qualify for free shipping
Delivery Timeframes
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) Monday–Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS with your tracking number
- A confirmation email with tracking details

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives — no upfront payment required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. After two failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at info@zyvoraofficial.com or WhatsApp +92-371-1495031. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
